6 questionsHow do I download the app?
BlessFlo is free on Google Play — open the Play Store, search “BlessFlo,” and tap Install. An iOS version is on the way; for now the app is Android-only.
How do I join my church?
Open the app and tap “Join a church,” then search by name or scan the invite code your church shares. Once you're connected, you'll see their campaigns and giving options.
How do I set up recurring giving?
On the Give screen, choose an amount and category, turn on “Make this recurring,” and pick a frequency. You can change or cancel it anytime — no need to contact us.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Profile → Payment methods to add or remove a card. Card details are stored securely by Stripe and are never kept on BlessFlo's servers.
How do I get a receipt for taxes?
Your giving history lives under History. Tap any gift to view its receipt, or export an annual giving statement for your records. Your church issues the official tax acknowledgement.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion anytime from our Delete account page, or in the app under Profile → Account. We process requests within 30 days.

5 questionsHow do I sign up my church?
Tell us about your congregation from the For churches section on our home page, and our team will help you set up your admin portal and verify your organization.
How does Stripe Connect work?
Most churches connect their own Stripe account so donations flow directly to their bank, with a short Stripe onboarding during setup. BlessFlo records and reports the giving — we never hold your funds.
Where do I find my reports?
Giving reports and statements are in the admin portal under Reports, with filters by date, fund, campaign, and member, plus CSV and PDF export.
How do I add campaigns?
In the admin portal, go to Campaigns → New campaign, set a goal and dates, and publish it to your members so they can give toward it in the app.
What does BlessFlo cost?
BlessFlo is a simple monthly subscription for your church — members are never charged to give. We'll walk you through current plan options during onboarding.

4 questionsWhen are donations processed?
One-time gifts are processed immediately through Stripe. Recurring gifts run automatically on the schedule you choose.
How do refunds work?
Donations are generally non-refundable, but if a gift was made in error, contact your church or our support team and we'll help sort it out. Refunds are issued at your church's discretion.
Can I cancel a recurring donation?
Yes — cancel anytime from the Give screen. Future scheduled gifts stop immediately; gifts that have already processed aren't affected.
Is BlessFlo PCI compliant?
Yes — payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, and card numbers are never stored on BlessFlo's servers.
