Whatever plan you're on, donation processing is never throttled, paused, or blocked by plan movement. Gifts always flow straight to your church's own Stripe account. Annual plans are simpler still: your rate is locked for the year and reviewed only at renewal.
The mechanics, in one paragraph: monthly plans are reviewed using closed monthly online-giving activity (trailing three-month average). Churches become eligible for an upgrade after two consecutive months above their plan range and for a downgrade after three consecutive months below it. Automatic changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Voluntary upgrades are available anytime and prorated. Annual plans are reviewed at renewal.
