Built for the work
behind ministry
BlessFlo makes Admin Mode lighter so church leaders can spend more time in Pastor Mode. Here is who builds it, and why it works the way it does.
Two kinds of work
Church leaders carry two kinds of work. Pastor Mode is about people — care, connection, follow-up, prayer and belonging. Admin Mode is the work behind it — tasks, events, volunteers, records, receipts, payment follow-up, invitations and setup.
I built BlessFlo to simplify Admin Mode so leaders can spend more time in Pastor Mode.
The people who quietly stopped coming
I served as a deacon and a Bible teacher at my church, and filled in some Sundays as a greeter or an usher. I saw how hard everyone worked to get ready — for the fellowship, the Sunday service, the social, the campaign. The organizing was never the problem. People gave their evenings to it.
What I noticed was what happened between those events. People drifted. Not dramatically — they came less, then not at all, and nobody noticed they had gone. They had decided they did not belong, and there was nobody with time to tell them otherwise.
I know how that ends. One of them was me.
The church was not neglectful. It was busy. Admin Mode had taken all the hours, and Pastor Mode — the care, the connection, the follow-up, the prayer, the belonging — got whatever was left. Usually nothing.
The members are the blocks that hold a church up. Losing one quietly is not an administrative failure to be tidied up later; it is the thing the administration was there to prevent. That is the gap BlessFlo is built to close — which is why it does the legwork itself and hands the church back the hours.
The trades we have already made
Every one of these costs BlessFlo something. That is what makes them worth stating.
- Your bank over ours — gifts settle in your church's own Stripe account. BlessFlo never holds your money, and cannot.
- The whole gift over our cut — we take no percentage of donations, at any plan, ever. Only Stripe's standard processing rate applies.
- Privacy over capability — Prayer Moment content is never stored. Not on our servers, not to improve the product, not at all. It would be a better product if we kept it. We don't.
- Your approval over automation — BlessFlo prepares the work and stops. Nothing is sent, changed or committed until a leader says so.
- Plain numbers over a sales call — every price is on the pricing page. Your rate follows your church's monthly online giving; what comes in the plate never counts toward it.
Reach a person
BlessFlo is built by Trureliv LLC, d/b/a BlessFlo, California. The name comes from true and relief — relief that is real, whether what someone needs is social, mental, spiritual or material.
I started building in late 2024. It was slow going at first; a great deal of what BlessFlo now does on a church's behalf only became practical for one person to build as AI tooling matured. That is the honest reason a platform this wide exists without a company behind it — and the reason it is worth being clear about who does.
Calls and texts reach the same line; a walkthrough gets a person, not a scheduler.
