Your reply goes back as Grace Chapel— never as an individual. Staff change; the conversation shouldn't be stranded with them.
Not everyone can read this. A volunteer with view-only access can see that the church sent messages. They cannot open this thread. Someone writing about losing their job is not staff-wide information.
